Beginner 2 Class
The Beginners 2 Class is built up of a 10 week Syllabus which introduces new poses each week and consolidates the previous beginners 1 syllabus.
The many asanas introduced are dynamic and challenging building up ones stamina , strength and concentration to achieve the goal of improving the body structure and lubricating the joints, strengthening the ligaments and muscles as well as toning the internal organs and strengthening the nerves.
Remember that if the effort is less then the effect too is less. If the efforts are right then the effects are right. One needs a commitment at this level, an average of 6 to 8 months regular attendance is a must if you want to progress. Two classes a week are optimum for best results.

Payment for the Beginner 2 Class is casual
Cost (per class, casual): $20 Cost (10 class block): $190 (10 classes to be used within 10 weeks)
