Introduction to Level 1 Unlimited Deal
At the beginner level and Intro to level 1 one should keep the consistency in attending classes 2 to 3 times a week. With our unlimited deals this makes it very affordable to do at least 2, 3 classes a week
In the Beginners course emphasis is given on foundation and alignment. Instructions are given to our bases to build up the asanas correctly , this helps us energetically , one grounds physically, psychologically and mentally.
In the Intro to Level 1 the next set of asanas are given to gain more confidence, balance, flexibility, strength, focus and stability, as well as the Inversions which are very beneficial for our overall well-being. The Introductory Pranayamas are also given to make the student understand how to breathe properly and comfortably.
Regular classes at Intro to Level 1 is important as it helps the student to consolidate what has been taught to them and ensures them proper guidance and understanding through sequences for their confidence to practise, and prepares them for the next Levels 1,2 classes.
